Volumetric Weight Calculation Procedure:
Voluminous but lightweight parcels such as cotton are rated and charged based on their volumetric weight where dimensional weight exceeds actual weight. Such shipments are charged according to the following volumetric calculation: Dimensional weight in kg per package = Length × Height × Width in cm / 5,000.
Example:
volumetric weight=36.12Kg=(height:60cm)*(width: 43cm)*(length: 70cm)/5000
